  The inspection report is comprehensive with detailed understanding of the terminology used in the report with theoretical building code  references (with pictures) to compare the existing property condition with the codes.

If I have to fly Brian (or his team) from WA to other states to do the pre purchase build and pest report for me in the future, I will happily do it because it is very rare to find people like him who take extra care and observe due diligence when it comes to build and pest.

And also Brian is a builder too so he has got a competitive edge over other inspectors.

I highly recommend him and I would give him 10 stars out of 5 if Google would have allowed me so....
