Brian was exceptional and incredibly thorough with the report he provided. I would highly recommend.
Professional, in-depth report. Brian made himself available to discuss the report, which was really helpful.
Prompt responses and a high level of detail on the pre-purchase inspection. It helped me understand the property, and he provided a list of recommended trades for the issues identified.
Brian had two days' notice and it was not a problem. The building and pest report was extensive and thorough. I would recommend Inspector West to anyone in WA.
